Whether electricity, gas, water or heating: manage meters of every description with the visual FM “Energy Management” module.

The readings take place over the relevant meters – manually or automatically. The consumption of different energy carriers, e.g. electricity, gas, oil and so on, are made comparable through a rationalization factor. For example inaccuracies emanating from readings inappropriate to the period are lessened through interpolation of the read values. visual FM automatically creates periods out of the reading intervals, for example month periods (January, February, March and so on). The weather in different periods has a high impact on energy demand. Through the application of heating ratings, heating periods, e.g. of January and May, may be compared. Using an allocation formula the readings of one meter can be spread over several associated buildings or rental units, e.g. according to size of floor space or number of employees.
