Removals require extensive planning and coordination to be coped with successfully. Visual FM offers you a flexible and fully integrated relocation management system.

Removals are centrally defined, described, and incorporate spatial changes in the planning phase. In addition to planning and scheduling, in this “relocation centre” the work based order management and its necessary documentation take place along predefined standard workflows. Through block data processes you can assign the relocations to various objects.

With appropriate data maintenance, you can automatically calculate removal specific cubage for capacity planning. From the start you can use a CAD interface to create graphic analysis to ascertain suitable areas. If CAD finds a match, a move can be executed and maintained graphically.

After a successful move, the planning is completed and automatically documented, so that every move can be reconstructed.
