The LHStore module from visual FM offers the facility to set up and update a series of dates for preventive maintenance on equipment over a period of up to three years.

The necessary spares for maintenance can be linked to each date of a planned maintenance schedule. Thus, both the estimated annual requirement, and the resulting costs are accurately predicted. The order date for a “just-in-time” item can be easily calculated from a specific date or lead time.

Stock is automatically reduced when items are withdrawn (with barcode support). When a safety stock level is reached LHStore produces as a default a purchases suggestion list which includes all relevant information such as supplier, quantity, etc. so that an order can be triggered in seconds.
