Document Management

The management of digital documents is becoming more and more important in many sections of Maintenance and Facility Management. For this purpose a sophisticated document management system is integrated into visual FM. 

Digital documents can be linked directly to associated objects, orders, contract data records and so on. The linkage can either be created dialogue-based or per simple drag’n’drop.  Assign and manage the access privileges for each document and ensure that only specific users are allowed to edit documents. The visual FM document management system gives you the ability to create new documents. You can use this opportunity to import and manage document templates by type. During revision administration it is possible to access existing documents, edit them on a local computer and make them available for other users afterwards. The document history gives an overview of accesses and uploads performed.
