For some time visual FM has recognized the need to connect to an ERP system such as SAP. LHConnect now provides the appropriate interface. 

LHConnect allows you to exchange data between visual FM and SAP. Visual FM is informed via the interface as soon as a SAP business object changes within the ERP system. LHConnect was designed primarily to optimize the communication and data exchange between visual FM and the SAP system. An adaptation to other ERP systems is always possible. The standard version of LHConnect executes the central processes and interfaces from visual FM to SAP business objects. Due to the highly flexible design based on standard technologies such as RFC (Remote Function Control) or API (Application Programming Interface) you can implement individual processes or additional Business Objects. All implementations and modifications made to SAP are recorded in your registered name space.
